DevOps is the fusion or combination of two words: development and operations. The term “devOps” refers to the newest framework that supports the development, application, and release of the latest software features to its users—when it first appeared in 2007. This framework was developed by people like Patrick Dubois, John Wills, and Gene Kim.The technical issues arising for years between the developers and the operational experts gave rise to DevOps. These two groups were found to often disagree on specific topics of software development. The topics of development, testing, and running were often debated.The workings of devOps are also very simple, as they follow the combination of the operation and development teams. Usually, a product has to pass through certain steps when it is designed. The working of these steps was previously divided into the fields of operating and developing. However, with the use of DevOps, both teams coordinate with each other at every step and assist each other in their work.
